  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your current billing cycle.

  • Major Discrepancy: If the premium template you purchased substantially differs from what was advertised, or if critical features are missing compared to the description provided at the time of purchase.
  • Double Charge: If you were charged twice for the same purchase due to a system error on our end.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If you've already downloaded and used the premium template.
  • If you're requesting a refund after the 7-day period following your purchase.
  • If the reason for dissatisfaction is based on subjective factors like personal design preferences.
