We are a fully digital service. No physical products are sold or shipped. There are no shipping charges, packaging fees, customs duties, or import taxes of any kind.
Instant Delivery
Download access is enabled immediately and automatically upon payment confirmation. Delivery is considered legally complete the moment access is enabled - regardless of whether you downloaded the file. Download and save your file promptly after payment.
What You Receive
Based on your selected plan, you receive access to one of the following on the same page immediately after payment:
- Image Plan: High-quality image file
- PDF Plan: Formatted PDF document
- Word Plan: Editable Microsoft Word (.docx) file
30-Day Access Window
Server-side records are retained for 30 days from the date of purchase. We are not obligated to regenerate or re-deliver files after this period. Save your file immediately - no exceptions will be made after the window closes.
Delivery Issues
If payment was confirmed but access was not enabled, email manikbiradar365@gmail.com within 1 hour with your transaction ID, name, contact used at payment, and a screenshot or screen recording. We will investigate and restore access where the issue is verified on our end. Response time: 48 hours to 7 business days. Access restoration is the sole remedy - no monetary refund applies.
