Agreement

By using Free Biodata Maker (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms and all other policies published here - including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and DMCA Policy. Continued use after any update constitutes binding acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform.

What We Offer

We are a self-service biodata generation tool. You enter your information, select a template, and we generate the output. We do not verify, edit, or take responsibility for any content you submit or the output it produces. The service is available in three paid formats: Image, PDF, and Word.

"Unlimited" Means 30 Days

Any plan described as offering "Unlimited Downloads" or "Unlimited Edits" provides unlimited usage for 30 days from the date of purchase only. It does not mean lifetime or perpetual access. A new plan is required after 30 days.

Review Before Payment

A full preview is available before any payment is required. You are solely responsible for reviewing all entered information, confirming the template, and selecting the correct plan (Image, PDF, or Word) before paying. Once payment is made, the order is final with no exceptions.

Payment is Final

Payments are processed via Razorpay. Access to your purchased plan is enabled immediately upon confirmation - the transaction is complete at that point. No changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted after payment for any reason. Rendering differences across browsers or devices are not defects and are not grounds for dispute.

Prohibited Use

The Platform is for personal, non-commercial use only. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate access termination and possible legal action:

• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction
• Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the Platform
• Copying, cloning, or redistributing templates or design assets
• Commercial resale of generated biodata outputs
• Any activity that damages the Platform, its users, or third parties

Your Content, Your Responsibility

You are solely and fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content and images you submit. You warrant that you hold all rights to any photographs uploaded. Submitting false, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content is prohibited. We bear no liability - direct or indirect - for any consequence arising from user-submitted content.

Support

Post-payment support covers only: payment confirmed but access not enabled, and file delivery failures. It does not cover template design, content corrections, or plan upgrades. Support is available exclusively via email at manikbiradar365@gmail.com - requests through social media or any other channel are not accepted. Report within 1 hour of the issue with your transaction ID, device, browser, and a screenshot or recording. Response time: 48 hours to 7 business days. Tickets with no user response within 7 days will be closed. We are the sole judge of what constitutes a valid support claim.

No Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" - no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, data loss, or damages arising from use of the Platform, including payment failures, rendering differences, third-party outages, or user input errors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.

Indemnification & Termination

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Free Biodata Maker and its owners from all claims, damages, and costs arising from your content, your misuse, or your violation of these Terms. We may suspend or permanently terminate your access without notice for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or any activity we deem harmful - no refund is owed on termination for policy violations. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control, including server outages, payment gateway failures, or natural disasters.

Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent Indian courts. Terms may be updated at any time - continued use equals acceptance. For data deletion, refer to our Privacy Policy. All other queries: manikbiradar365@gmail.com
