All Sales Are Final - No Refunds

This is an instant-access digital product. Once payment is confirmed, the transaction is complete and no refund or cancellation is possible under any circumstances. A free preview is available before payment - use it.

Why No Refunds

Your biodata (Image, PDF, or Word) is generated and access is enabled the moment payment is confirmed. The digital product is delivered at that instant - there is nothing to return, reverse, or cancel. The transaction is fulfilled regardless of whether you downloaded the file.

Preview Exists - Use It

A complete preview of your biodata is available before any payment is required. Completing payment confirms that you have reviewed and accepted the output, selected the correct plan, and verified all entered information. No claim arising from failure to use the preview will be entertained.

Non-Refundable in All Cases

The following are explicitly non-refundable, without exception:

  • Wrong plan selected (Image, PDF, or Word)
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Dissatisfaction with template design, layout, or fonts
  • Errors in content you entered (spelling, wrong photo, incorrect details)
  • Rendering differences across browsers, devices, or applications
  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Non-usage or failure to download within the 30-day access window
  • Technical issues on your device, browser, or internet connection

Duplicate Payments

If a confirmed duplicate charge occurs on the same order within the same session - verified by our system logs and Razorpay records - we may, at our sole discretion, review and credit the duplicate amount. This is not a refund entitlement. Report within 1 hour with transaction proof.

Technical Issues - Support Is the Only Remedy

If payment was confirmed but access was not enabled, contact support immediately. We will investigate and restore access where the issue is verified on our end. Access restoration is the sole and exclusive remedy - no monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of the reason.

How to Report

Email manikbiradar365@gmail.com within 1 hour of the issue. Include your transaction ID, full name, contact used at payment, issue description, and a screenshot or screen recording. Incomplete or delayed reports may be declined. Response time: 48 hours to 7 business days. We are the sole judge of what constitutes a valid claim.

Chargebacks

Every transaction is logged and verifiable through our system and Razorpay records. Contact support before raising any dispute - we resolve genuine issues within 7 business days. Filing a chargeback on a valid, fulfilled transaction without prior support contact may be contested in full using our records. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent access termination and legal action.
