What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to deliver the service:

• Biodata form fields (name, DOB, contact, family details, etc.)
• Photos you upload
• Selected template and plan (Image, PDF, or Word)
• Email or mobile number for order support
• Payment reference ID only - never your card, UPI, or banking details
• Anonymized device and browser data for analytics

How We Use It

Your data is used solely to generate your biodata, process and verify payment, enable download access, and provide post-payment support. We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or profiling - ever.

No Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for commercial purposes. Data is shared only with Razorpay (payment processing) and Google Analytics (anonymized usage), or when required by valid legal process or court order.

Payment Data

All payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials - only a payment reference ID is retained for order verification and support. Razorpay's own privacy policy governs their data handling.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data - page visits, session duration, and device type. No biodata content is shared with Google.

Cookies & Local Storage

Cookies and browser localStorage are used to preserve your session and in-progress biodata. This data stays on your device - we cannot access it. Clear it via Browser Settings → Privacy → Clear site data. Disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.

Data Retention

Server-side data is retained for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Longer retention applies only where required by law, fraud prevention, or an active dispute. Download and save your files immediately - access after 30 days is not guaranteed.

Deletion Requests

Email us from the contact used during your order to request deletion. We may verify identity and order details first. Deletion may be deferred where records must be retained for legal compliance or active disputes.

Security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your data. No internet transmission is completely secure - do not use the Platform on shared or public devices. We are not liable for breaches caused by factors outside our control.

Children

This Platform is for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Any such data discovered will be removed promptly.
